From November 21 to 22, the 2nd Henan Electronic Information Academic Conference was held at the Longhu Campus of Zhongyuan University of Technology under the theme "Intelligent Connectivity in the Central Plains, Empowering Electronics." The conference was co-organized by the Henan Electronics Society and Zhongyuan University of Technology, hosted by the School of Automation and Electrical Engineering, and supported by several universities and research institutions in Henan. More than 200 scholars and experts from universities, research institutes, and enterprises attended.
At the opening ceremony, university leaders welcomed the participants and introduced the University's development and recent achievements. They emphasized the importance of academic cooperation and the role of electronic information technology in supporting national innovation and high-quality regional development. Jia Xiaobo, Chairman of the Henan Electronics Society, noted that electronic information is a core engine for industrial development and regional innovation, and that the conference would promote academic exchange and the transformation of research results.
The conference invited experts from institutions including the National University of Singapore, the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Technology, Xidian University, Tsinghua University, and Peking University. Their presentations addressed autonomous robots, cooperative control of biomimetic robotic fish, optimization in networked industrial systems, trustworthy artificial intelligence, and other frontier topics.
The conference created an academic platform for researchers in electronic information and related fields. It helped strengthen cooperation among universities, research institutions, and enterprises, and will support continued integration of talent cultivation, scientific research, and industrial innovation in Henan Province.
